i had an amazing time here! the staff and doctors are so kind and understanding. i did not have to wait long to get seen and i was in and out for a milia removal! maybe there for 15mins. thank you so much!

My visit with Dr Neustadter and his team was such a pleasure. I had an 8 month long allergic reaction on my face, been to several dermatologists and allergists and almost had completely given up any hope of clearing up or finding a solution. Dr Neustadter took the time out to really figure out what was going on and any factors involved. His diagnosis was spot on and within a month of my first visit my face was 100% better. Couldn’t ask for a better outcome! I would recommend him and his team to anyone. His office also offers an array of products and services so I’m really looking forward to coming back! Awesome experience overall!

Dr. Jason is the best skin doctor in Philly! He is knowledgeable and treats the patient like his family. I took my family to the office for a minor skin surgery, and Dr.Jason provided the advice with his expertise. The procedure went smoothly and we are grateful having such a great skin doctor like Dr. Jason in the city!

He was so rude and dismissive. He lectured me on my acne, which wasn’t even the reason for my appointment and he told me how much he was going to help me. When I asked one single question regarding his treatment plan, specifically a side effect of the medication, he went off on me and was extremely nasty. He made me feel so uncomfortable and he was so condescending. An awful experience and I don’t recommend him to anyone.

I went to Dr. Neustadter’s office with the struggle of acne with nothing helping. He suggested Accutane, I was hesitant as I’ve heard it is invasive but he made me feel comfortable with my decision. I did 6 months of accutane with monthly checkins. I always enjoy going into the office as everyone was kind and helpful throughout those 6 months. I feel 10x more confident in my skin and I thank Dr. Neustadter and his office for that.
