I started coming to Em since May. I have seen a big difference in my skin texture and my blackheads are all gone. I was so insecure about my blackheads. Em was able to remove my blackheads around my lips at my first appointment. She is the sweetest and takes the time to get to know her customers and their skin textures in order to give a personalized skin care routine. I was able to get a skincare routine that worked for me since I wasn’t familiar with skincare products. Em makes you feel comfortable about your appearance while you’re in her care. She walks you through each step of the facial and tells you what products she is using and how the products benefits your skin. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a facial to make an appointment with Em. You won’t regret it!

I love love love working with Em, even though I’m all the way in Houston she takes fantastic care of my skin. When I need skincare advice or to revamp my routine or even just a question about how something could affect my skin goals she’s always available and assists me so quickly. I love that she makes an effort to check in with me and my skin goals even though I’m not a local client of her, sadly. I literally recommend her to everyone that even mentions face wash or comments on skincare because I know she’s the perfect person for the job!

My first visit was a year ago and I haven't missed one since! From my consultation to now Em has been nothing but amazing and professional. If I ever have a question she responds to my messages with additional steps. She gave me my first peel and great after care instructions. I love the option to purchase some products from her directly! I could go on and on but nottom line. The best investment I ever made. My skin is flourishing!

When I tell you Em is the best she is the BEST! I am 25 and have been dealing with acne and skin issues since I was 11-12. I have tried everything from the most expensive products to spa treatments to at home remedies and nothing has worked, or if it did work it was not consistent. I finally decided to find an esthetician to help and I am so thankful that I found Em! My skin has never looked better, I have not had an active pimple on my face for a month now, and I used to get 2-6 a month. Not only does she know her stuff, but she is the most kindest, caring and loving human being. She cares about her clients and explains everything in crazy detail so we know what’s going on during the process. I would never trust anyone else with my skin!!

I’ve been working with Em since October! I was so frustrated with my skin. I started breaking out horribly due to masks and I’ve never really dealt with acne. I was so embarrassed but happy l had to wear a mask (no one was going to see my skin). I worked with Em as a new approach on how to handle my skin issues. It was a birthday gift to myself. I was stunned at her knowledge and her long term plan to handle my issues. I was worried it would never go away and if it did I’d have horrible scarring and dark marks. She took her time and was realistic. She explained to me which of my products were doing nothing but were expensive and she made an entire skin care plan with great products that were so affordable. Due to her care I’ve been using sunscreen since November (I didn’t use sunscreen before because it left that weird pale shine and I truly didn’t think it was for black people). Due to her dedication and recommendations as well as regular visits my acne has completely cleared up. I don’t have any dry skin and many if not most of my marks have faded with no scarring. I love her energy and I’m so grateful I took the initiative to care for myself and trust her work. You will not be disappointed. I still regularly schedule my maintenance appointments with her. Thanks to her work I’m so confident about my skin for my upcoming wedding.
