Horrible people work here!! They do not care about their patients. My son had 4 wisdom teeth removed. They made a clerical error with prescription. Now my son just can’t get pain meds cause their doctor left for the day at 3:00. They choose to let my boy be in pain instead of doing their jobs right Unacceptable!!!! How the staff can just brush this off is beyond me. It is absolute and complete lack of empathy.

I am extremely grateful that my son was accepted as a patient here. They were understanding about a transportation issue we had and rescheduled for later time the same day. They scheduled us in for both the consult and surgery very quickly (only 1 week). My son felt very comfortable here. He mentioned how kind everyone was and how clean and professional the office is. Everyone was very kind, patient and professional. Thanks to all the staff that made his experience awesome!

Three visits to this office and I have sat over an hour pass my appointment time, was told they were understaffed all three times. Time management is an important part of running a Drs office. No one shld have to wait over an hour past their appointment. Understaffed reschedule people. Don't just let them sit for hours on end. I am coming back to edit this review because Dr. Ali had broken one of my teeth during a wisdom extraction and never told me about it. This has caused me a great deal of pain and other medical issues for the last several months. . I plan to contact a lawyer regarding this.

We had to wait over an hour past our appointment time both times we were there and both times they said it was because “they were understaffed”. Dr Ali is VERY unprofessional! We saw him literally for 2 mins at our first visit and he talked to me for about 30 seconds after my Daughter’s surgery and walked away before I could ask any question. He broke off my daughter’s crown during surgery and acted like it was no big deal and we could just have the dentist fix it! I also had a terrible time getting the pain medication after surgery because the doctor didn’t send all the information the pharmacy needed and then when I called the office I was told that the doctor was gone and they couldn’t get a hold of him!! Luckily my pharmacy worked with me and we figured it out. I would NOT recommend this office to anyone!! The nurses were also mean and unfriendly.

They were rude untimely and the pain killers they prescribed for both me and my sister didn't work.
