Dr. Motel is an excellent doctor. Very knowledgeable, patient and professional. He has provided me with top-notch care and I do not hesitate to recommend him to my family and friends.

As mentioned horrible bedside manner which I was willing to overlook. But the he purposely put my son through a very very painful process to remove warts. When we went to a new dermatologist they had a very painless and easy remedy. I found he did not warn Me when he removed a bunch of skin tags at Mt request. 30 mins after I left was one of the more painful experiences of my life. Many better doctors around.

We had a bad experience with Dr. Motel recently and I feel I should share for other parents. I took my 11 year old daughter to discuss treatment options for warts/plantar warts on the bottom of her foot. Dr. Motel made my daughter very unsettled with the way he responded to her situation. He had a rather cold demeanor for working with a child, especially one who is anxious in new offices. When I said we should take time to evaluate treatment and that I was concerned about the use of chemicals (she has had adverse reactions in the past), Dr. Motel made me feel rushed to consent and acted like it was no big deal to treat her wart with liquid nitrogen. It wasn’t until he was done spraying her foot that he gave clear information on the procedure and follow-up care instructions. She screamed the whole way home in pain and ended up with a giant blood blister on the bottom of her foot several hours later. She couldn’t walk on her foot for a week- the week of Christmas might I add! She missed a day of school and needed accommodations for singing in her Christmas concert. The whole situation was traumatic for my daughter and she has cried and begged me to never take her back to him. We eventually had to go to urgent care to have it drained so she could get back on her feet. The PA at the urgent care was alarmed at the size of the blood blister. We will never go back to see Dr. Motel and I do not recommend him for children.

This was my first visit to Dr. Motel's practice. I did not know what to expect but having had a very positive experience on the phone when making my appointment, I was optimistic. My first impression was spot-on. I had a 4:00 p.m. appointment and I was called in from the waiting room at 4:01. I was seen immediately and was back on the road by 4:16 with all of my questions answered and what I came for completed. Dr. Motel is first class and truly values the time of his patients. I believe him to be very through and a professional in every respect. I would recommend him without reservation.
