I’ve loved my experiences at Aestique in Shadyside. I’ve worked with Maria for my Botox treatments, and she does a perfect job. It smooths my forehead and “elevens” between my eyes giving me a smooth but natural looking outcome. I just scheduled a custom facial and I’m so looking forward to it. Also, Lisa who is usually at the front desk is SO helpful and friendly. Not to mention, the interior is beautiful, welcoming, relaxing, comfortable to relax before your treatment. They also have great monthly memberships customized for the services you use most often with great benefits to clients. Truly a great experience, and I’d recommend a visit to anyone considering a facial enhancement or treatment.

Completely disappointed by the service at Aestique. I booked a facial with Amy and was greeted 15 minutes later than my appointment was supposed to begin. After we sat down together she continued “text messaging clients” on her cellphone for 10 minutes while I waited. Soon after this awful start to my appointment, she started showing me photos of other clients she had helped in the past (names, birth dates, date of last service included) before discussing my plan for treatment and denouncing the treatment I had received from my dermatologist last summer. Needless to say, I will never be returning to Aestique!

Began my Juvi/Botox experience with them. Well lit office with plenty of mirrors. The injector (can't recall her name) is very detailed. She took her time, gave advice, made recommendations..etc. I had my nasolabial folds and crows feet done. Wanted my tear troughs done but she advised against it. Of course I didn't listen (stupid me) and had them done at Body Beautiful Laser Medi Spa (downtown location). Strike #1. The office is dark #2. Felt like being in a production line. #3. Staff follow you, making sure you pay. #4. Injector used Juvederm in my tear troughs #5. Juvederm is a NO NO for tear troughs (extremely thick and draws in water). #6. I was left with elevated areas and the Tyndall Effect. #7. After 4 plastic surgeon consults, 3 rounds of hyaluronidase ($800) only my right eye improved. The left eye has a bag underneath. Have been searching online for a fix. May travel to California to have corrected. Lesson learned.

Extremely professional and friendly. After going to other plastic surgeons in the Pittsburgh area I would recommend only going to Aestique. Dr camp is also very good doctor.

Took my daughter to this office! Loved the efficiency of the staff and Dr Lazzaro! They are amazing.
