Dr. Oser did my breast augmentation and I would HIGHLY recommend him. From the initial consultation to post-op he has been wonderful. This is something that I have wanted for 14+ years but once I had my consultation, I didn't want to wait any longer! I am 3 weeks post-op, my incisions look amazing and I am super happy with the results (I can't wait to see how they look as I heal more). I was hesitant between two implant sizes but I went with Dr. Oser's recommendation and I am SO happy I did. I also really liked how he took time with me, I didn't feel like he was rushing to get to the next patient, he discussed the full process in detail and was very responsive with a few questions I had post-op. Don't wait to see Dr. Oser!! Seriously! He makes dreams come true!
I recently had a breast reduction (I am not a young woman) and Dr. Oser was my surgeon. From our first phone call, he was professional, fun, and very understanding. When I met him in person, I was quite impressed, down-to-earth kind of guy. The surgery went without a hitch and I am absolutely amazed at the results. He texted the next morning to check on me and quickly responded to the few texts I sent him over the next few weeks. A+++
I got in office neck lipo done by Dr Oser and am blown away with the results so far. He was kind and compassionate during the procedure and there was little to no pain. 10/10 recommend! I’ll definitely be going back in the future!
Competent, professional, & down to earth (great bedside manner). It’s obvious patient safety is a priority. Probably easily one of the best plastic surgeons in the Pittsburgh/surrounding areas
It would be impossible for me to communicate how meticulous Dr. Oser is when it comes to incisions. I am about three weeks post explant/mastopexy surgery. The glue has started to come off and I can see the incisions for the first time. They are the same color as the rest of my skin and about the width of a loose thread. As close to invisible as can be. I would never have imagined the scars being so miniscule. Dr. Oser uses stitches underneath the surface and glue on the surface. My experience leading up to surgery was as expected. PreOp exam, bloodwork, pay and it's time. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Oser's team at the surgery center. They explain what's going to happen perfectly as they start an IV, give you medication and overall put you at ease. Dr. Oser came in and made his incision marks on me and that's pretty much my last memory until sitting passenger, driving home. Over the next week I was careful what I did because when I tell you I had no pain, I HAD NO PAIN. Not for a minute. My choice to have explant surgery was beyond cosmetic. (That said, I like my breasts for the first time since pre-pregnancy.) Over the last decade I had begun to experience symptoms that multiple doctors and so many tests could not explain. My digestive system had shut down. My body had begun to mimick celiac disease, suffering sever skin rashes and constipation. My legs felt like lead weights and the sever fatigue that accompanied had ended any life I had. I had zero sex drive. My skin and body were constantly dehydrated. The worst part was the joint pain. So severe I was being tested for rhomatoid arthritis at 40 years old. My hands would curl in on themselves in pain. Whether or not breast implant illness is a real diagnosis, my symptoms disappeared from the moment I woke up from surgery. There is not much information available (or before and after shots) on cosmetic surgeons websites about explant surgery. I took to TikTok to hear about other women's experiences prior to taking steps to remove my implants. After that I did my research and had a short list of four doctors I wanted to meet with. I obviously chose Dr. Oser and I am very happy that I did.
