Professional Pharmacy - Compounding Pharmacy

I am physically unable to go into the store to get my prescriptions. A family member comes over on weekends to assist me and went to pick up my prescriptions which I was out of on a Saturday. The pharmacy closes at 3:00 which was unknown as it used to be open until 5:00. The pharmacy also is now closed on Sundays which was also unknown as the pharmacy used to be open on Sundays. Thus, I did not have my prescriptions the entire weekend, one which assists with nerve pain. The fact that a pharmacy closes at 3:00 on a Saturday is completely bizarre, especially knowing that they are now closed on Sundays, leaving individuals unable to receive their medications. I then personally went to the pharmacy on Monday and called inside asking them to bring my medications to me. When this was done, I was told that the nerve blocking medication that I need. They did not even have and were waiting until the next day, a Tuesday which was also Christmas Eve. This now left me with 4 days of being in pain. This medication was also called in by the position the week prior and it was never brought to my attention that it was not in stock so that I could go to another pharmacy to alleviate my pain. I am a strong believer in buying local and supporting local and have been a customer of this pharmacy for almost two decades. I am now left, like my mother-in-law who had a similar issue, switching to another pharmacy which unfortunately has to be a big box pharmacy.

By far, the best pharmacy for special orders, compounding etc. I live in another state and this is the only pharmacy that my physician will use. Whenever I need a refill, they are always so kind and courteous. If the physician calls in the prescription, the pharmacy will then call and contact me, letting me know that the order is being worked on and can they charge the card on file? I wish I could use this pharmacy for all of my Healthcare needs!!

I had had reasonable experiences with this company until just recently. On May 21st, I submitted a refill request online. Waited and waited - never got the medication. I assumed I'd done something wrong. Tried again June 12. NOTHING. Called on June 17th and spoke with them. They told me they had "no idea" why the refill requests had not been sent to their compounding pharmacy but they would do so right away. I got a text that day saying a label had been created and the scrip would ship to me. Fantastic - Pottstown is an hour drive from me, so I knew I'd get it the next day. Gave it a little time due to Juneteenth but here we are at the 24th - NO MEDICATION. I clicked on the tracking info in the text to see when the medication would arrive, and lo and behold, IT HAS NOT EVEN SHIPPED. I called, emailed, and texted late last night and they just called to tell me that because of the heat, they have not been shipping orders. It's true, we have had a heat wave, but that's what dry ice and express shipping are for - something I would have happily paid for had they bothered to contact me to let me know what's going on. Now I'm going out of town tomorrow early afternoon and they tell me it's "shipping now" and should arrive "tomorrow or the next day." So it looks like I'll be going at least another week without my meds, and the woman I spoke with made absolutely NO effort to apologize or to offer to find a way to get me my medication before I leave. Really unprofessional and thoughtless. Hoping I can find somewhere else to source this medication because I won't be ordering from them again.

Customer service is exceptional. The staff are courteous, friendly and always willing to answer any questions necessary with regards to your request. I have received several refills on my script via ups mail delivery and they have always been packed securely with no issues. Hands down 👍. Highly recommend!!

I have been a happy customer of professional pharmacy since 2018. I specifically use the compounding department, working with Diane, and it has been the most seamless process in ordering and receiving my medication via mail. Diane is efficient and easy to work with including ZERO weight time/holds when I call, which is always a huge plus. The process of ordering my monthly medication takes just a few minutes and it is in the mail. I would recommend professional pharmacy to anyone inquiring compounding services.☺️Renee P.
