Ulta Beauty

Very friendly and helpful sales people. I don't know the first thing about beauty products. I came in with my son to find a gift for my wife. We ended up at the men's section, which I didn't know they had! So a PSA for men, Ulta has product for us as well. The saleswoman helped me out for my wife and I brought home testers for a new cologne for myself.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE: today, i was happily shopping at this store and when i was checking out, the lady was extremely rude, not even greeting me and just proceeded to scan my items. After i declined to sign up for the rewards program, she rolled her eyes and just handed me my items without saying a word, not even saying bye or have a nice day. What such “nice” and “welcoming” employees u got here, this lady was so rude, i will not be coming back to this location in the near future, unbelievable

I was in desperate need of a hair cut and could not get into my original hairstylist I opted to take a chance at Ulta Salon, I was scheduled with Melissa Snoey, she was very pleasant came out to greet me and to let me know it would be a bit longer. I was not sure what I wanted and gave Melissa some ideas and let her go. I was not ready for the result she did such an amazing job I was literally very emotional. Even my strongest critics (daughters) absolutely loved what she did!! Thank you Melissa you have gained a new client!!

Overwhelming because the isles are tight - expensive. I had to track down someone to help - which she did but then she said to check the website to see if they carry it. So make sure you check their website to see if they stock it before you go - really alot of perfume too.

Just wanted to give Emily S five stars. I still love the cut to my hair from a week ago, and she was also so sweet. I am rather new to Ulta but so far it's always been a five star experience from everyone.
