Natalie made me feel comfortable by answering all my questions beforehand, and the entire experience was concierge. The music, the physical space, her calm vibes—all of it added up to a great first experience. I'll be back for more. Best part: Natalie helped me design a skin care routine around my particular concerns, budget, and habits, and made sure that the routine would fit into what I already do day-to-day.
