I was to have surgery for lower back problem in March of 2024. Insurance would not cover it, so I canceled the surgery. The company that they use for getting paid and you getting a loan paid them for the surgery I did not have. Fraudsters, I called finance department and they said to call the company that paid them. They wouldn't even send a email to the said company informing them that I never had the surgery! It's crime!

Guthrie got my last report on Saturday Thursday night I thought I would get a call on Monday I didn't so I called Tuesday and they said that has somebody call me nope nobody called. I called Wednesday before lunch ain't nobody called Wednesday either. Didn't call Thursday but I really like to know about my biopsy. I seen it on e Guthrie Saturday in one sample was stage 4 stage 4 cancercancer it took you 7 months from my appointment to get to the biopsy stage in I would appreciate somebody calling me and talking to me about what my options are and the prognosis thank you

I have 2 office visits in the past 2 months. Guthrie has canceled them both within 24 hours of the scheduled time. I will be going elsewhere for Healthcare.

Called 9/9 at 2:33 pm to schedule an appointment was told my only option was a doctor I could drive 1 hour & 30 minutes one way to see today or 1 hour 15 minutes one way to see next Friday, or 45 minutes one way to see October 25. Obviously after being in pain going back and forth between my primary and ER I took today to find the doctor was not even there or was nor was he going to be there at all. No one even bothered to call me they let me drive 1 hour & 1/2 and wait an hour before telling me this! After trying to file complaints they were then able yo find me a doctor only 15 minutes from my home(?) If a dog was left in this much on going pain and neglected care someone would be in jail. Very disturbing Guthrie what happened to your oath! Trying to file complaints but all I get is answering machines and have to leave a voice message. I may need to reach out to the health department.

The hospital has an inept and incompetent billing department. After several tries of rectifying a completely avoidable situation, I realized that this hospital system just does not care. I don’t care if they are a “Level 1 Trauma” or what, the way they treat their patients over the small things is what matters. Shame on this hospital system for treating their patients so rudely and not even bothering to respond to fix a billing issue they created. I would recommend no one use the Guthrie health system as they do not care about their patients only about profit.
