The young girl at the desk was pleasant and helpful, the other lady sitting at the front desk could atleast smile when you smile at her and respond when you say hello. The doctor and her assistant were helpful. They listened and gave suggestions for the issues I had and alternatives knowing that my insurance wouldn't cover one of the medications they suggested.

As a new patient, I was able to get an appointment within a few days. From reception to patient care, the Schnecksville team was fantastic. I had Nicole who was professional, knowledgeable, and caring. Thank you for a positive patient experience!
