LMG is HORRIBLE at returning calls and answering the phone, which is unfortunate since Dr. Harasym is a PHENOMENAL doctor! God forbid they call you back the same day. If it wasn't for Dr. Harasym...I'd be gone!

I had consultations with an endocronologist and 2 other hormone clinics for TRT before my doctor recomended LMG. The endocronolgist was apathetic to my symptoms and extremely low T levels and the other 2 hormone clinics were so over eager to pump me full of Testosterone, Estrogen Blockers (that a may or may not even need), and HCG to maintain fertility (even though I have no desire to have more kids) that I felt more like a customer and less like a patient. Not the case with LMG. I went for my initial consultation, we talked about my goals and concerns before putting together a protocol tailor made for me. I ended up getting my first round of TRT that day becasue I knew i found the right place. Literally everything they told me would happen (good and bad) happened. 30 days after my first treatment my T levels went from 190 to 912 and I feel great. Long story short, if you took the time to google them and read my ramble of a review, my advice would be to just call them and see for yourself.

I was supposed to get a colonoscopy today, I show up for my appointment at Scranton Endoscopy(where LMG scheduled it with Dr. Grad) and they say “no one called you? We don’t take your insurance, your doctors office was supposed to call you. You’re not even on our schedule anymore.” I do not have a car so I took an Uber there, had to turn around and take one back home- $30, spent $25-30 on prep meds, lost $180 from taking off a day of work, ALL FOR NOTHING. LMG called me on Friday CONFIRMING MY APPOINTMENT. This is completely ridiculous. They completely dropped the ball and now I’m out $230 because of their mistake. UPDATE: They are refusing to return my calls.

If you are looking for work done. No need to look further. Amanda is amazing !!!! I will never let anyone else touch my face. I have never been disappointed. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. I always walk out the office feeling like a million bucks. I used to be so self conscious about how I looked. And now I have so much confidence.

Extremely rude Gastroenterology staff. Got diagnosed and hospitalized with UC in February and came here for a follow up regarding treatment, and follow up colonoscopy. Gastro Dr made me cry in office after I waited 30 minutes to see them, told me I didn’t have UC and I was misdiagnosed and wouldn’t let me speak, put his hand up in my face and told me that’s his opinion and i can go elsewhere. Didn’t even have a chance to say anything back as he walked out of the room with the door wide open, and refused to make eye contact with me. Very confused by the encounter, felt like I didn’t something wrong as the patient, although not even saying anything and being very polite. Extremely unprofessional as I have been suffering with gastro issues for 2 years now, in and out of the hospital, and taking serious biologics. i wasn’t listened to at all and I would not recommend this office to anyone.
