Been coming here for a while. Absolutely love Casey. She listens and always goes above to help me with treatment. A lot of reviews complain about long wait for an appointment for new patient. But, that is common for a lot of specialists. I have never had a problem with office staff. Everyone has always been nice, courteous, and professional.

Took my granddaughter for her appointment. Her insurance changed and we were told they do not take her new insurance. The website says they accept cash payments. They refused to let me pay in cash because they said she has insurance even though they don't accept it. So instead of getting paid in cash they turned us away and lost money. Blows my mind!

Called to set up new patient appointment - was hung up on by receptionist when I asked why it would take 6 months for a new patient appointment. Rude, Inconsiderate and unprofessional. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Been here 3 times and everything went great. I usually get there about 20 minutes before my appointment and each time they took me in either on time or slightly early. The exam rooms could use a new coat of paint.
