Staff is always great. Unfortunately when you over book patients customer care goes out the window. I’m sure patients love waiting for over an hour with room packed and no where to sit. Again staff is amazing of working to the best of their abilities.

Dr.Blehm was my doctor for this exam and i have to say it was the most thorough eye exam I ever had. He and the entire staff were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend

The folks & doc I dealt with in the office were great. Their automated system and national call center are garbage. A woman who spoke horrible English at the national call center and literally a dozen or more phone calls and texts reminding me of my appointment was too much. Half tempted find another eye doctor, it was harrassing. Forget about calling the local office & getting someone there, nope, you go to the call center. But the folks in the office were great. Fun fact, the son of my childhood eye doctor works in my local office but I don't see him. Major bummer. lol Would I recommend this outfit? For their services, yes, but I'd warn folks about the harrassment of calls and messages. One of the girls seems to have a hearing problem or doesn't understand plain English. When I say you're not going to do smthg to my eyes it means NO, & arguing with me isn't going to work in your favor. Same girl didn't want to assist me getting up from a chair til after I got myself up and explained my foot is broken. Then she was sorry. You know where you can stick your sorry, right?

Hi First I want to thanks to all stuff I the Progressive clinic. For the nice and courtesy treat that I received. Second day of my surgery and I am feeling ok. Good service. I definitely recommend to my friends and family to visit this clinic. Once again Thank you so much.

I love this place friendly staff got my new glasses sooner then they told me. Had a slight emergency and they got me in right away. I would recommend this place to anyone scheduled my cataract surgery as soon as possible and give me great care after the surgery
