My Tech name Angel. From the time I entered the door, I was greeted with eye contact & a smile. This was my 3rd visit to the spa, my treatment was the Fire & Ice along with a facial. I was completely satisfied as usual! Angel was professional and explained everything that she was doing. I will request & refer her to my friends! The assistant Jamie also deserves 5 🌟 The brine room is VERY RELAXING

My first time at the Springfield location and it was the most lovely! Victoria couldn’t have been sweeter from start to finish. She has such a calming presence and walked through each step of the facial experience so I knew what to expect! She also took the time to write down skin care recommendations that we discussed during the appointment. 12/10 would recommend a facial with Victoria! I will definitely be back to book with her again soon.

Gina was amazing! She made sure I was comfortable, and really worked on my tense shoulders! I feel amazing. This is a wonderful spa. They give a foot bath before going in, w drinks if you need it. Will definitely go back.

My mom and I enjoyed a relaxing spa day to celebrate our birthdays. Amber and Carol were amazing - so caring and considerate of our individual comfort needs during our services (facial and float combo - try the float, it’s like drifting to another world!) The arrival foot soak was a great touch, too. We will definitely be back!
