Diane is so FABULOUS it’s almost a crime! She has improved my aging face like I never thought could be done. A sweet, fun and talented woman like her should have her own show, she’s just that good! I’m a walking billboard for Dr. Loutons office and his talented wife. I’m sending all my clients and friends! I love it there so much with all the magic happening….I could work there ! 🥰

I paid $300 for 75 units of Dysport, with no results. They were very unprofessional in dealing with me. I told them I was breastfeeding prior to the appt as I was concerned it might be an issue. They never told me it would be an issue until AFTER my injections, at which point they told me not to nurse for 48 hrs. My pediatrician told me 1 week. This was a nightmare as I have a nursing baby who couldn’t sleep properly for a week! The injection produced NO measurable difference on my face and I had an allergic reaction under my eye. The nurse did all the work and she didn’t seem to know what she was doing so I asked the doctor to perform the actual injections. I’m not sure how experienced he was because the procedure was a failure.

My appointment was for 1:30pm I called because I was running a little late. Got there at 1:40pm. It is now 3:01 p.m. and I am still waiting for the doctor. After more than an hour a nurse finally comes to tell me that it's going to be some more waiting. I waited a little more and then I just left. I could understand 10 minutes 20 minutes even 30 minutes but it's been over an hour.

I got lip fillers here for the first time, and I felt SO at ease! My injection nurse, Jess did an amazing job at helping me understand the procedure entirely, and answered all of my questions so thoroughly. I’m obsessed with my final result and so excited to go back!
