I really hate to leave 2 stars. Jackie is such a sweetheart and really seemed to know what she was talking about when I showed her a picture of wanting either a balayage or ombré. I understand that bleaching would’ve fried my hair so I’m thankful that she didn’t extend the bleaching but I’m not sure if the other stylist, Yadira, knew so much about the toner to use. Also, the way the ombré was done, one side looked great but the other side was horrible. It seemed like she got bored with my hair. I got my hair done the Wednesday before thanksgiving and today, Monday November 30, I’m at another salon trying to fix what happened. I was too afraid to go back and I hate to sound rude and say it didn’t come out right. So, The stylist I saw today put a 9 ash toner which came out nice on one side but the side that had a straight line, remained orange and horrible when straightened. I wanted to cry because I really wanted a new hair style with somewhat blonde ends. In the end, there was no way to keep the ombré and decided to just dye my whole hair back to my natural color. Hopefully in 2 months I can get the ombré like I wanted it. :( I think if Jackie did my hair from the beginning, it would’ve came out nice. I thought my hair looked good before I left. With the blow out style Jackie did, it did look nice but later that evening as I went home, I saw how brassy it looked. I really disliked it. I’m sorry Jackie. You seem like a good hair stylist but your other employee didn’t do too good of a job. On top of that, while she blow dried my hair, she kept burning my scalp despite me saying “ow” and nudging away and when my hair was washed, holy cow, she pulled so much, it hurt. My hair is probably what she isn’t used to. My hair is more delicate and not very thick or extremely curly. If this salon works for other woman, great but it didn’t work for me. It was literally $180 in the garbage. ($160 for the style and $20 tips) the good thing was that the cut Jackie did was great and the blow out style was gorgeous too but everything else the other girl did, I’m sorry but it wasn’t good. :( I wish I could get half my money back. JACKIE IS THE BEST!!! my hair is so healthy and full because of her care and attention to detail. She never disappoints me or anyone I know that goes to her. Her prices are very fair as well for her awesome work. I send people her way all the time because she’s so reliable and caring.

I want 2 say I came to P.A to get married not only that it was my birthday after several trys 2 get someone 2 do my hair and makeup I came apon Glamour me 🥰🥰🥰 and Jackie was super sweet and I came out of there feeling like a complete queen 👸 she did a awesome job ...but the work speaks 4 it's self so im going to post pictures and I would recommend this salon 2 everyone who would ask ..thank u Jackie 🥰

I have absolutely no words as I leave this review with tears in my eyes. I was physically there about 2mths ago speaking with the owner herself, as far as doing my hair and makeup for my wedding which is just 2 weeks away. I called today 8/2/2023 to confirm with her and she told me she didn't have me scheduled in her book....When I was right there when she pulled her appt book out and scheduled me and my daughter. She even told me to come in on Friday ( the day before so she can do a treatment in my hair) and arrive at 7am on Saturday the day of the wedding to complete my hair style and do my makeup. NEVER was a deposit discussed, because if it would of been, I would of had no problem giving it. Now here I am - with no hair stylist or makeup artist. She told me she would be calling me back in 5 mins its already been about an hr. I have tried calling her back multiple times and I get no answer!!! I think this is very unprofessional. I can not imagine leaving someone high and dry like this. I have not stressed one bit in regards to my wedding UNTIL NOW. She needs to be more efficient when booking her clients. The one star she got from me is NOT a rating its just there so that I can be able to leave the review!!!!!

Love Jackie! She did a scalp treatment and trim and I just love how soft she has my hair feeling! Great Service
