I cannot recommend Rachel enough, she is knowledgeable, down to earth, and thoroughly explains every step of the process. I’ve had injections and laser treatments, I always felt comfortable and informed and the results have been amazing—I look so much younger and refreshed. She took the time to understand my goals and recommended treatments I wouldn’t have considered on my own, but I’m so glad I trusted her. I’ve also started using medical-grade skincare that she recommended and my skin has never looked better—I rarely wear foundation anymore!

We are so lucky to have a place like this in our area! I visited the dermatology center next door and stopped in here afterwards. Greeted right away and felt welcome. Lucy performed my laser hair removal and explained everything before she did it taking any anxiety away. She was kind enough after to take me on a tour of the facility. It is so clean, professional and has all state of the art equipment. Lucy and Cassie took the time to scan my face and explain the results and recommendations, answering every question I had. I also had the pleasure of meeting the office manager, Mikaela. She was so pleasant and accommodating and made me feel my business was appreciated. No one made me feel pressured into booking procedures or purchasing products. The entire experience there was positive. I’m looking forward to trying many of their treatments! I love everyone at Dermdox. My recent visit was with Megan for a touch up of lip filler. She was fantastic! Very friendly and knowledgeable and did an amazing job filling in some scars above my lips.
