The woman at the front desk is very welcoming and pleasant. The professional pictures on the wall are a nice touch. The medical assistants who have brought me back have both been very nice and I absolutely love Rachel. She makes sure you understand you're treatment plan and that you are happy with it. Definitely recommend

Dr. Shurman is absolutely amazing and really seems to care about his patients. I had an exceptional experience in his office this morning getting a spot removed. He was kind, forgiving of my anxiety, and worked well with me to make sure I was okay the entire time. I appreciated his demeanor and understanding of my situation. His staff was also very helpful, kind, and thoughtful to help me. I’d recommend anyone that if they have to go through this kind of surgery, to go see Dr. Shurman!

Very courteous and respectful my doctor is Brandy Lafontaine and she makes you feel very comfortable in there. Answers all your questions. Tell you to call anytime if you have a concern would recommend this practice to anyone.

This is my second visit (yearly checkup) with Brandi LaFountain at their West Lawn location. She is very thorough and addresses any concerns or issues you may have. I noticed all of the staff seem to be very nice. Be on time for your appointment, as they run a very efficient schedule. At any other doctor appointment, I usually catch-up on my email while waiting for my doctor. I didn’t even have a chance to sit down and they called my name. I would highly recommend them for your dermatology needs.
