Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery - White Oak

When I walked in, the lobby was dingy with a dirty rug and a used Kleenex on the floor. My rosacea laser treatment appt was for 1:00, at 1:05 the receptionist desk window was still closed with a sign saying Closed for lunch. The staff could be heard talking and laughing while the people waiting in lobby…just waited. When I finally went in the back, I waited for 40 minutes for appt, at which point I was told I would have to pay $400.00 in cash! Shady. To be clear the website clearly says most locations are cashless and that debit and credit are accepted, so that was suspect and no explanation was offered. I left after a horrible experience of bad service, bad environment, and bad information. I gave one star only because you have to.

.Logan was fabulous. Such a big change from my previous Dermatologist that was dismissive & had no bedside manner. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I’ve been to this office a few times now. The last appointment I had was with Dr.Logan Thimons and had my cyrotherapy session. He made sure to take the right steps to make sure the health concerns I had were taking care of. I love that he was gentle and truthful about the procedure and steps. I also am super grateful for the front desk. This last time at the drs appointment, I almost passed out and the lovely lady up front did everything she could to help me and DID HELP me to the extreme and I’m super grateful for her. Overall my experience with the white office has been good and I thank all the staff for truly caring.

My first visit to Advanced Dermatology in White Oak, PA. Easy location to get to, the office staff were all very friendly and medical Assistant, Mariah, was simply amazing. Logan Thimons was as laid back as they come and was sure to explain in simple terms the procedures that I needed. If you’ve got skin stuff going on, go to this guy. No doubt you’ll be impressed, just like am!

Staff and doctors are very friendly. They are concerned for your condition and your feelings. They take time to discuss your issues so they can resolve them properly. I definitely will return there and recommend them to family and friends.
