I love that they are taking the time to get to the bottom of my daughters issue rather then just do a back adjustment and call it a day. The red light and soft wave therapy are really working to reduce her inflammation and pain.

I've had a great experience at Reclaim Health and would recommend to anyone looking for a healthy start! On the weight loss side, they helped me learn a healthier way of eating! I didn't have too much to lose to begin with but was able to get to my goal weight in about a month and have kept the 15 pounds off ( that's always the hard part for me!) The red light therapy has also been beneficial, helping my joints and making my skin glow! All around a great place and wonderful people!

Thanks to their customized diet plan and twice-a-week red light therapy sessions, I was able to lose the weight I had gained from my thyroid imbalance, aka "storm" years ago. I still go to sessions once a week because I love how 15 minutes in the red light therapy bed makes my skin feel and look, helps me relax and sleep better, and reduces muscle tension from my morning workout sessions.

I would absolutely recommend Reclaim to anyone looking for a boost to their weight loss journey! After completing my 6 weeks of going 3 times a week, I had lost 17 pounds!!! I have never lost weight that easily with just diet and exercise, EVER! You do need to understand that there are no miracle cures out there for weight loss. You need to be ready to commit to healthy eating and exercise to get the most benefit from the red light therapy. Denis and Jeanie are so welcoming and pleasant!!! I have no idea what the ONLY negative review is talking about. I have NEVER felt uncomfortable undressing to use the red light bed. They both are fully professional and supportive of your weight loss goals. I'm so elated to have found their business and will continue to tell anyone that will listen how awesome they are!!!
