I always travel out of my way to go to this ideal image willow grove location. They are so kind and professional. I’ve had my last two appointments for Botox with Amber, and I would highly recommend her. She is so knowledgeable and willing to listen to my concerns and address them appropriately. The scheduling and accommodating manner that they do business far surpasses the locations closer to home! Thank you

Alaina at the front desk was so welcoming and made the check-in process smooth. Jody, who did my treatment, was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable. Natalia was amazing! She was so professional, kind and quick! She made me feel comfortable and safe. This is my second treatment with her and it has gotten easier. While she is fast, she checked in with me during the process and had an ice pack ready! I received all the after care information and will be continuing my treatments with her from now on. Jody has done several of my laser treatments, and she’s incredibly efficient, thorough, and fast! If I could recommend her 100 times, I would. The entire staff here is amazing—I highly recommend them!
