I had a procedure done on my face. I went through so much pain during the procedure and bled afterward. They bruised my face for more than 10 days now. I called 5 days ago to fix the issue with laser. I asked if Amy will be there. They said yes. But when I went there they said she is busy. They said she will call me back. But she never did. Meanwhile they did the laser and it didn't make any difference. I sent them pictures of my face too. I have had to walk around with a big bruise for more than 10 days.

My experience with Alana was amazing! She was so patient, knowledgeable, gentle and incredibly sweet! I hate needles and she kept me so calm. She explained everything she was doing so throughly. Cannot wait to see her again for my touch ups!!
