Tried to make an appointment they tried to tell me I was a no show two times and I was not because I only made one appointment and cancelled the appointment because they were too far out in the year with there appointments and it was way back in 2022 they refuse to see me now in 2025. I never made a second appointment so basically doctors can cancel on you but if you cancel you will get denied care in the future. Would not recommend.

I’m at a loss why someone posted negative reviews. I went for an appointment today (first visit) and was very impressed by the quality of service from office staff and doctor. Today’s appointment was a last minute thing as my regular appointment is not until December. They worked me in as there had been a cancellation. All in all a great experience.

I had such a great experience today during my office visit, with Dr. Mesky. I have been going to this office for the last 20 years, and each time I am never disappointed! Dr. Mesky took his time, and really listened to my concerns. He looked at the whole picture from an objective standpoint, while utilizing his breadth of experience in the field. Dr. Mesky really sets the bar high for standards of care, while also including the patient in their plan of care and treatment. Thank you, to Dr. Mesky and the whole office for being such high quality and providing state of the art services for every patient that walks thru the door!

The front office staff are very rude. Christine at the front belittled me because I did not return a call made to me the day prior to my appointment, at 3:34 pm to verify my insurance. I’m a nurse that works 10-12 hour days. I start my work day before this specialty office opens, and I end my work day long after they close. I completed the online check-in, confirmed my appointment via text, and had this appointment scheduled since October 2023. I attempted to explain myself numerous times, but she continued to tell me I was in the wrong, even turning the computer screen around to show me the screen in attempts to prove her point. What a way to welcome new patient! While sitting and waiting for my appointment, 2 other patients, 1 being an older gentleman, also had issues with the same staff member. Very disappointing and embarrassing.

The front staff are very short and aren’t very helpful- that’s WHEN they pick up the phone. I called for months trying to pay my bill, and I got no answer. I eventually had to pay wayyyy more out of pocket in restitution because instead of answering the phone they took me to court. The website to pay is also VERY confusing. The doctor came in and did the shortest skin check and was in and out in like 5 minutes. I have been to many doctors offices and dermatologists and this unfortunately was not a pleasant experience.
