The salon itself was spotless and had a relaxing vibe, but Brenda absolutely amazing! I had the best nail service experience at this salon, and it's all thanks to her. She's incredibly talented, attentive to detail, and made sure my nails were perfect. Her professionalism and friendly personality made the whole experience even better.

I love this salon. Everybody is very welcoming and friendly. Julie is an excellent hairdresser. Very good with color and styling. The owner is wonderful. All girls are very good and have lots of experience. I feel fortunate to have found this salon.

Clean facility. Very professional, welcoming staff. I’m always taken in a timely manner. Heidi has done my wax services for 4+ years. After trying other local places for the same service, I just didn’t get the same clean results. It’s also very easy and convenient to book online!

I had a Swedish massage with Robin, and it was wonderful! Robin is very friendly and makes me feel comfortable. She asks if there are any areas on my body that I want her to work on, and is great at releasing tight muscles. I always feel very relaxed when she is finished. I would highly recommend Robin and Platinum Spa!

My period of time at Platinum was a relaxing oases of time. Not only did I receive a great pedicure, but left feeling relaxed and renewed. I couldn't ask for better attention, Heidi runs the salon smoothly. Great staff, great atmosphere!
