Aspire Dermatology - Coventry

Understanding and good-humored medical staff personalities, plus excellent P.A. observations and suggestions. I’m not sure if the nice Assistant plus the P.A. got ‘on the same page’ or not, but my repeated comments needed. Also, when front desk hands me something, it would be good to hear that staff person explain what paperwork & derm items she’s giving me. Despite that, everyone was fine! Nice office, and fine patient-work & advice received. Merry Christmas to all! :-)

The office is aesthetically pleasing; the greeting is warm and genuine. I personally see Rebecca Shea. She is thorough, has a sharp eye and makes a quick assessment of what needs to be done. Her assistant is knowledgeable, friendly and was very compassionate when numbing and prepping areas of my skin that would need a biopsy. They both made sure I felt comfortable. Scheduling is fast and efficient.

Rebbecca Shea is one of the most caring providers I have ever met. She has a genuine care for her patients and always ensures the patients concerns are addressed. She goes above to see to it that her patients are taken care of! She makes sure to explain everything and is very thorough with all areas of concern. Very Compassionate and professional. Amazing provider and medical assistants all around!

I saw Rebbecca - she was very nice! She answered my questions and was very knowledgeable. Her assistant, (Shaina, I think) was great as well! 🙂

Great experience. Staff is very welcoming. Dr Shea took her time to do a complete skin check and encouraged me to ask any questions I had. Lucky to have found this office
