Island Rose Spa

I had an amazing few hours today at Island Rose Spa! First, the spa is beautiful, tranquil and serene. Second, Amiel was a wonder as he took care of all my aches and pains. He listened to what needed work and focused on those areas while ensuring I was comfortable. I feel as if 10 years of aches and pains evaporated. 10/10 - I forgot my name.

If you're looking for a great spa experience! Look no further! Island rose spa is the best place to be if you're looking for the best spa experience! Meghan is a fantastic owner, super nice and personable. She will try and make your time at her spa the best! Sophie is the best massage therapist I have ever been to. She makes every massage I've had with her fantastic and the next one ends up being better than the last! Sophie is also super personable and extremely nice. She also makes every booking process as easy as possible. I wish for only good things to come to this spa and I wish them a happy and successful future. So if you're looking for the best spa experience around or looking to recommend a place to a friend, Island rose spa is definitely the place to be.

My reason for giving three stars: I had a wonderful facial with Meghan a little over a year ago. It was my first visit and I loved everything about it. At my session, I purchased two gift certificates, many products, a ridiculously expensive crystal water bottle plus my 90 minute session. I spent over $1000 that day. At today’s session with Adriana(also wonderful) I went to use my gift certificates (each for $100) for my $225 session and I was told that one of the gift certificates had expired. They were both purchased on the same day and I also have never had a spa gift certificate with an expiration on it so I was a little taken aback when the girl at the desk told me she would not honor it. I would not have booked a 90 $200+ service if I had known there was an expiration (the gift certificates remained in the original envelope in my desk since purchased).nor would I have purchased more products. This affected my ability to leave a tip for my aesthetician today. I was told no and that was it. I have sent at least two family members to Island Rose and one friend. Sadly you have just lost at least 3 clients. I will not be returning. Very disappointed.

All I can say is "wow"! What great massage. I feel a hundred times better. Clean spa with friendly staff that listened to my needs and met every one of them. I will definitely be going back.
