I am NOT EVER coming to this office again. A complete waste of time. They barely helped me. My apt was rushed. I must've repeated myself multiple times. I really feel dissatisfied. Go somewhere else if you have serious issues with your hands or skin because really. Dr told me to use a medicine I had already tried that didn't work for me and made my hand issue worsen at time of use like what!!!! Get out of here. I'm upset. She didn't try I feel like just listened to me complain about my issue. No tests.... Just a joke. Thank you for nothing!! Let's not forget the woman who dealt with me before my Dr was RUDE and she acted like she had better things to do than be at work. I'm good. I did not appreciate the vibe at all. I left infuriated basically.

I’ve been seeing Dr Berkovich for years and wouldn’t change for any reason. She is very caring, professional and thorough. Always a pleasure to visit this practice!

My husband and I would both rate this office with 5 stars. The folks here are really great! They are kind and friendly as well as professional and knowledgeable. I have been seen and treated by Dr. Bercovitch for a number of years and just saw Dr. Chai for the first time as well. Both of them are wonderful and I would highly recommend this practice!

I highly recommend getting on a waiting list at another dermatology location before ever taking another appointment here. Stay away. I had an awful experience with APDerm out of Providence RI. I have been calling around to several dermatology offices with no luck on getting any appointments within the next few months. When reaching out to APDerm I explained what my condition was and the issue I had, they assured me the providence office had the necessary resources and tools to handle my issue. I arrived for my appointment 15 minutes early today with an empty waiting room. I was not brought back until 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I was seen by a nurse named Margaretia who was extremely rude and even closed a door on me as I was exiting the room after I was seen by the MD. The MD was nice and pleasant when I spoke with her but she only examined me for no more than 5 minutes. She said I was correct with what i explained I had for an issue but referred me to someone else. I spent over 1 hour there with 5 minutes of that time being seen by the MD. While I know I signed up for this appointment with the understanding that I would pay a co-pay and my insurance would be billed, I would say this is borderline fraud on my insurance. Taking appointments on things that they do not serve for people and charging the insurance and patient after spending less than 5 minutes is wrong. I highly recommend getting on a waiting list at another dermatology location before ever taking another appointment here. Stay away.

Dr Leonard and the entire staff are lovely -- caring and professional! I highly recommend this office.
