One of the best Surgeons I deal with. Very patient, empathetic, caring and extremely knowledgeable. He never rushed me and always answered my questions and concerns. After GOD he makes me feel very safe and worry free and that I was in the best care, his credentials are also the top one you can get, I love that he doesn’t allowed that get to his head like most surgeons I interviewed before my procedure.Thank you for your caring nature and understanding. I couldn’t have asked for more on such a tumultuous and troubling stage in my life.

Dr Liu, made me feel insignificant on our first visit at his office. He made is seem as if I was a liar and a thief who would committed medical fraud. Out of nowhere he just said he didn't do medical fraud, I was perplexed, he didn't say that to my white friend who wanted to sue him. I really hoped it wasn't because of my race. I had a white friend whom I talked out of suing him because I had that much respect for him in the begining. She had the same as he called mine "poor" health insurance but did extra for her, took fat from her back and put it in her breast and did not call her insurance poor. I looked like a train wreck when he he left me uneven and distorted but, with every procedure I hoped for better effort. Unlike my friend, he wasn't focused on me looking presentable. Dr. Liu, did the very bare minimum. Emotionally knowing his abilities that hurt. He did multiple procedures on me from 2013 to 2021. He even did the wrong procedure 2021 because of an office error. Dr. Paul Liu is an excellent surgeon he operated on Wound and I have had for many years. However he has not followed up himself on the whole healing process. He has had his PA. I feel it’s his responsibility to be the one doing it.
