Absolutely grateful to Terry and his staff. I was 15 years old at the time of my accident(this year I will be 48 years old) and ejected thru the windshield of a car. Terry and his staff put me back together 1 surgery at a time. Now, no one can tell that over half of my face was ripped off. Thank you so very much Terry and your staff. I just want to say first before I start, I was very pleased with my results from the BBL and Halo combo. I dont usually do reviews or complain, but I do have one fault with my experience, the day of my procedure my aesthetician was about 30 mins late, her son was sick that day, so ok I can understand that, they set me up for an appt in 3 weeks for a recheck. I was really looking forward to this , you know you want to hear things like " oh you look great or something like that especially after paying 1600.00. It is a 45 min drive for me, my appt was at 11:30, I sat there til around 12, finally Bev called the reception and told her to tell me if I had done had my pics taken and didnt have any questions that I could leave but if not she would be walking in the door any min, so I really did want to talk to her, excited remember, so I sat there about 10 more min and she didnt show so I left but not without telling the receptionist to tell her to text me and let me know what she thinks and to let me know about the makeup she wanted me to see, well it's the next morning at 10:30 and I havent heard a thing. I mean what's up with this, take my 1600 and that's all. I don't mean to sound childish but I cant help to feel like maybe I just didnt look like their usual clientele, with money, and no I dont have alot of money and it was a real sacrifice to do this, but I really wanted this, I am on a monthly income so it was hard. I went there real excited but left feeling like someone let the air out of my balloon. I thought and thought about this all day yesterday and just knew I couldn't forget until I said my piece. I mean I just wasnt made to feel like my time was worth as much as hers. I was told she had some errands to run and was busy, well couldn't she had called and made me another appt, how hard would that have been and could have avoided hurt feelings and waisted time. But let me say again I am happy with the results even though I didnt get to hear it from them.
