Sweetgrass Plastic Surgery & Spa - West Ashley

I have been going to Sweetgrass Plastic Surgery for many years. Everyone there has a positive attitude and treats you like you are a VIP. As always, the results have been what I expected and most of the time even more, I have never left there unhappy. My experiences have always been pleasant and as they are doing a procedure, they always ask if I’m doing OK.. if you have never been there for any type of anesthetics I highly recommend giving them a try. You will not be disappointed. In my opinion you will keep returning. Thank you, Sweetgrass for always making me look and feel my best.

I get my filler done here. I've moved around a lot, so I've seen a handful of injectors in my life, and I will say that Rachel is by far the best. She takes her time and is so precise, and I can tell she truly cares about the work she's doing, I appreciate her so much! I've had other injectors get me in and out so quickly, making their work sloppy.. not Rachel! I highly highly recommend seeing her for all of your injection needs!

Amazing surgery experience! Dr. Blum certainly knows what he’s doing! I felt well cared for and comfortable throughout the whole process, from the consultation, to the days and weeks of preparation, the actual surgery, and post surgery follow ups. Shout out to the anesthesiologist! I don’t remember his name but I was a little nervous due to a previous experience elsewhere. Luckily I had nothing to worry about! Waking up from this surgery was not bad at all! Their pricing is very reasonable and because of that I was able to finally do something I had dreamed about for many years. Their whole team is top tier. I cannot recommend SPS enough!

Brachioplasty and Abdominoplasty -- I never thought I would get plastic surgery, but after having bariatric surgery in 2021, after consulting with my God and my husband, and speaking with several co-workers who had bariatric surgery as well and went through plastic surgery with Sweetgrass and is happy with their results, I finally made the decision to do it. I am very happy that I did, but I must be honest, I will not go through this process again at my age -- lol. Dr. Blum and his team was awesome; they took very good care of me and kept my husband very informed. The office staff was always pleasant and went above and beyond to make sure we were treated well, with respect. Here at 6 weeks, my husband is very happy with what he sees this far. We are aware that final results will not be evident until about 6 to 8 months, but significant difference in my body is very evident. Thank you Dr. Blum and the Sweetgrass team for a very professional and pleasant experience.

My experience with Sweetgrass Plastic Surgery changed a lot of things for me. To start, I have never trusted a Doctor more than I trust Dr. Schimpf. He makes you feel comfortable, confident, and like he listens and cares about you as a person and not just a patient. He is real and relatable… and I love that! I have undergone 4 procedures there as of today starting with a tummy tuck, lipo, and a breast lift. All things that I never imagined doing… but I did! Although the healing process after was one of the worst physical pains that I’ve ever experienced in life lol, I’d do it al over again at Sweetgrass. The staff all seem like they were perfectly hand picked by him, they are all amazing. So glad that I did my research and made the decision to do my procedure here locally. The comfort of being able call and pop in locally means so much for me. I love being a part of the Sweetgrass family!
