A customer friendly environment! A courteous staff that greets patients upon entering the facility! Dr. Burgy and the LPN were very professional, showed concern coupled with a caring demeanor. All questions were answered in reference to my consultation. A very clean, welcoming and comfortable facility! 💯

I had a mole on my back that was looking very suspicious & Dr Connor goes to my gym & he suggested I get it looked at. I made my appointment which was within a week of my call & I was very pleased with how thorough he was and very professional. I would highly recommend Dr Connor and his staff!!

Brought my Dad in today as a first time patient and we were very pleased with Dr. Connor and the whole staff. The ladies at front desk were very nice and helpful. Dr. Connor and his assistant were great. He addressed all of our concerns and answered all of our questions. Very nice compassionate doctor

Front staff: polite professional, without being "gushy." Triage nurse: Attentive and encouraged my explanation of symptoms, history, etc. Doctor Connor: He was concise and explained well what he saw and his conclusions. I came with a difficult challenge, as the condition that prompted my appointment had improved on its own. But, he still treated my situation as worthy of discussion, and made recommendations for ongoing self-care. My only complaint is the same with all dermatologists - they dont treat sick patients, so it's impossible to get a timely appointment, no matter the situation. They are all weeks, or months, out. By contrast, my family doc will fit me in within a day depending on the problem.

The office personnel were all friendly and helpful. I saw the nurse practitioner, who I'm sure is every bit as experienced and knowledgeable as any certified Dermatologist. I'm happy to be a patient of Columbia Dermatology. New office, very clean and modern. Enjoyable experience.
