I don't even know where to begin. I do know that I am 41 and this happened years ago but the scars remind me everyday of all of the pain, fear, embarrassment, hate, sadness, insecurities, loneliness, and still to this day the battle I go through everytime I have to go to be admitted in the hospital for a MRSA outbreak. This was supposed to be a beautiful, awesome, and positive procedure for me because I was getting into modeling and several different reputable agencies wanted my breast to match with my 6ft 2inch body . I was a B cup at best so all I wanted was a full C cup and I don't even think that was right or my skin would not have been ripping the moment I looked at them and Dr. Sexton said," oh it will get better, and will eventually fall into place, stop being a crybaby!" I was in so much pain and not from tge surgery itself, I was in pain from the skin ripping on the bottom which after 3 weeks they ruptured. I was walking through walgreens to get bandages to put there because of the leaking that he said was normal. As I was in the isle where tge bandages are I felt this warm liquid just run all down my body and on the floor. I looked down and my book had literally exploded in walgreens so I was taken by ambulance. I had to have it removed immediately. He actually asked me to only take that one out! I said absolutely not. Not only did he give me his word but he said as soon as I was healed he would put them back in. I said great! Even after all of that all I wanted was to have my boobs be proportional to my body! Well I was in the hospital with MRSA and my brand new $5000 cash boobs were gone and all I had was hospital bills, scars, grief, pain, embarrassment, and just utter anger... I would call tge office and they would hang up on me. The very last time I went into the office he told me that if I came back, called, anything would be arrested. So not only was I out if $5000 but no other doctor would/ will fix them because they want no part in what was done already.. I can't even be in the nude without constantly covering them up even in front of my husband. I'm still to this day so upset that all I was trying to do was be proportional, be happy, and do what I wanted and that was model. It not only ruined my career but it ruined so much for me as a woman. I will never feel comfortable in my own body and the way it was handled by Dr. Sexton, his wife, his employees, and even Mentor which was the manufacturer of the implants is just unacceptable. This has been mentality and physically exhausting from the beginning to the end which will never be because I will always have MRSA! My ex boyfriend died from MRSA so it's not something simple and I didn't have it beforehand so...... if I could go back again and do it all over, I would have seen the red flags! I would have done more research and been more patient with the whole process. But the fact that my money was taken and I didn't receive the product or services rendered is also just not ok! When someone pays for something, no matter what happens you make it right until the patient is happy or at least has them implanted as was the services I paid for... I never even got so much as a I'm sorry or can we at least give you your money back!! No nothing was done whatsoever and no lawyer would touch it because they either knew him or didn't want to take on something involving the hospital!! So now all I have are extra saggy boobs with a HORRIBLE scar that literally brings me to tears everytime I look at it and being naked will never be OK for me because I hate my body more now than I did before. And I hate myself for all that I put myself through trying to appease those that I should never let make me feel I was not already beautiful from the start. Thank you for reading and all I want from this us for just one person to learn that in tge end please only worry about how YOU feel about yourself.. You are beautiful just the way you are and don't let anyone tell you any different!!

I had a tummy tuck with Dr Sexton in august and when i tell you he is an awesome doctor, he is awesome!! He listened to my concerns . He answered all my questions. He was completely honest ! I love that. His wife and staff was super friendly and made me feel comfortable with every step of the way. I lost my mom in july and had to reschedule. They were very accommodating!!! If you are thinking about getting a tummy tuck Dr Sexton is the best in Columbia sc !! You will be very happy. You will not regret it!
