Excellent place so pleased I bought a package of 6 laser hair removal sessions by Venus Versa for my legs. Just completely my 2nd session and even after the first one I noticed a huge difference already and very little hair was coming back at all. I having been using Trudi (Gertrude) for all sessions and love her, she’s excellent at her job but also super fun and nice, I truly enjoy talking to her and it doesn’t hurt at all I swear! ♥️

The best massage and facial ever!!!!! I got the massage as a gift for my birthday and i got the facial when i went in and it was 10s across the board! Everyone was so friendly and professional; the spa was clean and smelled nice as well! Ive already referred friends and i will 100% be back!

I usually have a great experience here. I am currently under the weather. I called Sunday to reschedule my appointment. I received a call on Tuesday from Brandi informing me that I would forfeit this treatment (over $300) if I did not come in for the treatment. I'm on 3 different medications to include steroids and codiene so I called an Uber. When I arrived, I asked about an order of hydroquinone that was placed at the end of December. I had been calling for it for over a month. No explanation, no eye contact, just tossed across the counter. I waited among other customers who were uncomfortable with me clicking and sneezing for about 20 minutes. When I was called for my treatment, the first thing that was asked was if I'm ok and do I need to reschedule. I mentioned that I tried that on Sunday and was told I would forfeit my treatment. I was told I couldn't get the treatment on the meds I was taking. I ended up paying another $30 to get back home. Brandi never offered eye contact or an apology for wasting my time, yet she was very concerned for hers. I don't recall anyone ever telling me I would forfeit a treatment if I called to reschedule. I understand business and scheduling conflicts. However her business antics and choice of demeanor leave something to be desired. I have read negative comments about her specifically. She confirmed them. I'm not looking forward to the treatments I have left or any future service.

Stephanie did an amazing job with my facial! She let me know what she was doing and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I will definitely be coming back

I went for a facial with Stephanie and my face has never been so clean and that’s because I wash my face every day but when I tell you, Stephanie did her thing she did her thing! I definitely recommend Stephanie for facial facelift and everything Love the experience, love the environment she gave and her work is literally just 10 out of 10!!!✨✨✨✨
