It was my first time there, and I do recommend this place. Ashley and her assistant were nice and professional. They made me feel very welcome.

Dr. Kinon and her nurse were amazing!! They listened to me and addressed my concerns and Dr. Kinon told me about all of my treatment options. Highly recommend this place!

I’m not sure if this a reflection of the absence of the regular Certified Nurse Practitioner Ashleigh Kinon but not impressed with the staff here now. Only one patient ahead of me and still a 40 minute wait! Waiting room was comfortable and nicely decorated. Exam room was not. Vinyl floor was ripped and torn, cabinet counters taped and scuffed. After a basic exam and discussion I explained that I had seen an allergist prior and had spent months on a regiment of Triamcinolone and Zyrtec with no results. NP-C Jenna Coakley then proceeded to prescribed the same! Same ointment and same allergy medication. After further discussion I was able to persuade her to prescribe a different ointment. Time now to reschedule follow up appointment with receptionist, who greatly lacked professional skills. First made an issue with me being a “new patient” and that I was scheduled for this office that did not accept new patients. As if I had done the scheduling myself. Second, when asked how I go about obtaining a detailed bill for insurance she stated that I would have to come back to get a physical copy. No, they did not send out detailed bills. Third, they did not have any available openings for this office and that I would have to drive 45 minutes to their Myrtle Beach location for my next appointment. Sensing my frustration, even though I had not raised my voice, she proceeded to announce loudly not once, but twice; “THIS MAN IS UPSET!” I was definitely unhappy with what I had to spend to get NO answers but it did not warrant this overtly lack of professionalism. I attempted Tuesday by calling but closed. Stopped by Wednesday but the Dermatologist office was yet again closed. Thankfully SkinCure Oncology, which is part of the clinic, was open and Medical Assistant/Admin Susan Bafundo was able to email me the needed paperwork. Thanks to Susan and her go above and beyond attitude I walked away with some hope for this clinic.

Ashleigh Kinon is an excellent clinician. She is very thorough and efficient….all with the biggest smile on her face.

W D is an excellent provider and Ashley Kinon is always professional and very kind. I would give WD 10 stars but they only allow for 5.
