I had an amazing experience at Totality Med Spa! I received Botox and filler from Sarah, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She made me feel so comfortable, and the results look incredibly natural—exactly what I was hoping for. The entire team was so sweet and professional, and the atmosphere of the spa was warm and welcoming. Highly recommend Totality Med Spa for anyone looking for top-notch care and beautiful results!

Came to see my most favorite person, Dr. Nadel, and staff today! I started coming to see Dr. Nadel in 2022. She helped me immensely with my lips, which had been filled incorrectly for a long, long time! I come to her, only, because she is a wealth of knowledge and her bedside manner is spectacular! One of the nicest and most honest people I have ever met! Her staff is also incredible - so friendly and professional. Always go above and beyond to help. You won’t go wrong coming to see them. You will be thrilled! ❤️

When you find a place you like, you don't go anywhere else. Beautiful facility, super well stocked with high end skincare, both downtown and on Daniel Island. Great staff, friendly, knowledgeable, and you never have to wait too long. My injector, Sarah, is terrific - steady hand, very light touch, super precise in her work and a lovely human. Every time I see her it's like we're old friends, only she erases my wrinkles while we catch up. I also had a hydrafacial with Liz. It was a relaxing hour of friendly conversation and pleasant treatment that makes your skin glow. I love Totality. It's an extravagance to be sure but I trust them and feel great after each session. Looking forward to trying some more treatments when I am able to. Take a friend and go get pampered.

Went here over a year ago and finally got the courage to make a review. I was new to the area and found this place, and it had excellent reviews. The staff was absolutely fantastic except for my injector Dr. Nadel. I was talking to her about my past experience with another place and how it was traumatic for me, she then interrupted me and said something along the lines of “okay, if we want to get to this appointment we need to get along with the convo”. Everyone in the room was obviously uncomfortable, and I proceeded to have a very bad result. I have since then got my lips corrected. This was a month before my wedding so the whole experience was very traumatic. The top picture is my lips that I got here.. the bottom is my corrected lips now. I’m sure the other injectors are very kind, I just want other girls to be aware before going and making a decision about their face! ** 1/24/25 recent update, Dr. Nadel stated that I did not come for a follow up appointment which was true, since I had limited time until my wedding and also how negative my experience was. She then sent me a screenshot of me over 4 months after my filler appointment on my instagram and said “your filler results were stunning” which in my perspective, was not, and also my unevenness can be seen when my moth was open/smiling. I did not post social media pictures that showed my obviously uneven lips. My wedding pictures as well were taken on my left side because I was embarrassed to get a head on shot smiling.
