Krista was wonderful! I saw her for a BBL service, which I’d never had before. She was very thorough in preparing me and asking questions about my skin before starting. She made the process as relaxing as possible, and checked in often to gauge my comfort level. I appreciate her attentiveness and will definitely be back!

They just want your money, zero care for quality of work, zero customer service! Just money hungry! I usually don’t leave negative reviews unless I feel it helps others and raise people’s alarm about a horrible business. Please don’t fall in the same trap! I paid $570, with $105 discount which is $675. They say cost per unit is $13. I’m not sure how they can inject 51.92 units because that’s what the calculation shows: $675/13=51.923!! Which means they haven’t injected this amount. While if you do $675/15=45 units which is what I think “Coreen” injected, maybe not even that who knows. It was super painful btw, I never experienced this much pain for a Botox, ever! So I got the injection on Dec 7th. It’s not even 1.5 months!! Minimum Botox stays for around 4 months for me if not slightly more. Mind you it’s over 10 yrs I’m getting Botox and it works perfectly fine, and I know that it takes max 5-7 days for full effect. Asked her after a week to do touch up because it was clearly some missing areas, she said no you need another week! I said I likely won’t be in town but ok. Today is Jan 15th and I’m telling them after a third time that his isn’t working. I kindly asked to please refund the money so I can go redo it when I get back home. She said no again and that I can go to their office to touch up while I told her I’m not going to be back in town. I said I can do a video call so she can see. Still no! We’re basically traveling with a friend who has a property here, an excuse for us to travel while checking out his new property and helping him furnish etc. and honestly even if I were to be in town I still wouldn’t want to go to them, they’ve lost my trust! So long story short, they just don’t care! They only want the money. Distortion: Look at the pictures, above one eyebrow is completely twisted now, I can only hope I can get it fixed. These guys take zero responsibility, not one bit! DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Mint MedSpa is by far the best spa I've been to - The staff is absolutely amazing!! They work with you to truly understand your skin goals and follow up to make sure that you get results. Highly recommend!!
