The Back to 30 team at Hwy. 14 are the best! They welcomed me on my first visit and impressed me with their professionalism and knowledge. Angela answered all my questions and gave me the reins to move as fast or as slow as I was comfortable with. These ladies edify each other and truly want the best for their clients and it shows. Every woman should take the time to schedule a consultation.

I went here in January 2025 for Dysport. I got 65 units, waited the full 2 weeks - nothing. At the 2 week follow up visit, the injector was quite surprised it had not took. We repeated the exact same treatment - another 65 units of Dysport. Again, absolutely nothing. At that point, they suggested I come back for a third visit and have their "trainer" inject me. I politely declined and requested a refund, to which they refused. I disputed it with my credit card company, and their response to the credit card company was that I had paid with a gift card and their policy is gift card purchases are non-refundable. This was a blatant lie - no gift card was ever purchased. I'm now out around $500 with zero results. Completely unethical business practice. My next step is to reach out to the insurance board and BBB.

I am very please with service provide by Back to 30 on highway 14. Libby is my aesthetician. She is amazing. She is professional and very easy to work with. She caters her technique to my specific needs. She is very knowledgeable about the different services offered and had advised me on what is best for my skin.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Angela was amazing. It was my second time getting Botox but first time at Backto30 and it was better than imagined. The first time I got it done it hurt so bad so I was bracing myself for it to hurt this time and I barely felt anything. She was quick and it didn’t hurt at all. The swelling went down fast and the results are fantastic. I highly recommend Angela and this company. Will absolutely be retuning!

I got my lip filler redone yesterday with Brandy and let me just tell you she does the most amazing job. I have had issues in the past with Botox not working and my lips not turning out how I wanted and when Brandy started doing it I have been so happy.
