My second time there and had a wonderful experience with reception, waiting time and the consult. Dr. Rebecca Holt is very easy going explains everything well and made me feel at ease when with her. Her assistant (do not remember her name); is friendly and very knowledgeable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

My first visit was interesting to say the least the Dr was well spoken and made sure I understood all that was being said she took extra measures to make sure I was diagnosed correctly she also made sure I was comfortable with the procedure she was doing I highly recommend the office for your needs

Scheduling was easy, the front desk was helpful and organized and the nurse was very kind. Unfortunately that’s where anything good I have to say about Epiphany Dermatology ends. I saw Dr. Holt about patches of what I suspected to be psoriasis on several spots of my body including my scalp, toenails, and armpit. Since this visit these spots have all been confirmed as psoriasis by a more competent doctor. During my appointment, Dr. Holt immediately rushed in and began touching places on my body without asking or announcing that she was going to examine me. Her demeanor caused me to feel rushed and like my presence was an inconvenience, and I was ultimately brushed off being told I had dandruff, toenail fungus, and that she was unsure about my armpit, but that she would prescribe a steroid cream I could try and if it helped it might be psoriasis. It turns out I couldn’t even use the cream that was prescribed because it should not be used in skin folds aka armpits due to the risk of permanent damage to the skin. I was also told I could have blood work done to help get some answers, but they don’t do bloodwork in office, so I was told I needed to have costly labs done through Labcorp. I now know that all that was needed for diagnosis was a simple skin biopsy on any of the patches of skin or toenails I presented as problem areas. Unfortunately due to Dr. Holt’s incompetence my diagnosis was delayed and it ultimately caused me more pain and suffering. My advice would be to save yourself some time and money and find someone who knows what they are doing.

Had an appointment yesterday with Dr. Jamie Rogers. She is kind, informative and has a wonderful bedside manner. She explained what she was doing and why she was doing it. I only waited 5 minutes before I was called in a room. Never have had such a short wait for a doctor in my whole life. The staff is friendly and very efficient.

I was very happy and pleased with the medical services provided for me. I met with PA Rebecca and she took really good care of me and explained what my skin issue was and removed some of it for a biopsy. A few days later I met with Dr McCrary to remove the skin cancer area. He was so professional and kind and kept me distracted by talking to me throughout the procedure. My incision is healing beautifully! Thank you to this fine team of medical professions.
