The staff was extremely busy. I had a 10:10 appointment and I was being squeezed since my the doctor of my original appointment had a medical emergency. The staff got me in quickly and in a timely matter. The place was clean and well kept. The staff was courtesy, fast, knowledge and efficient. I saw Dr. Kendall and she is amazing!!!

I hate to be leaving this review but I am afraid it may be the only way to get attention. I love my provider here despite the occasional long wait times but since my November 2024 visit I have been dealing with the billing department who has yet to send my bill to the correct insurance company. They repeatedly send it to my prior insurance company which obviously refuses coverage because I'm no longer covered by them. I have called multiple times and each time I speak to someone (after 30 minutes of holding) I am told it will be correctly sent. I'm reporting today that it has still not been received by my insurance company. I have emailed with Advanced Dermatology billing and each time it is a different person (on the same email thread) telling me something different. In the same email thread I provided my insurance contact information and a reply to that same email said they've sent it to: (insert WRONG company information).Today I received yet another email saying my balance is zero. I logged in and it is most definitely not zero. I have replied with a screenshot of my balance. I again have left a voicemail with the billing line and would love to have this resolved. None of my other health care appointments have had any difficulty with sending bills to my insurance and my insurance has confirmed there is nothing preventing coverage for this appointment. I have also sent my correct insurance information to this office and the billing department multiple times and methods. I have even sent pictures of my insurance card via email.

I love my dermatologist but the front desk some of them don’t know how to greet people. Yelling what’s your last name is not greeting. Especially Black clients. The only nice person at the front desk is the woman I went to high school with. The rest are trash.

Run, don’t walk, to see Dee for laser hair reduction! I saw reduction after just one treatment. Not only that, Dee is just the sweetest and always makes you feel comfortable. She is the very best!

While I do appreciate the actual physicians in this practice, it was recently acquired by a medical management firm. Because of this, I've observed that you cannot reach the practice directly but must play phone tag through management practice. In addition, they are horrendously overbooked when you come in for your appointment. For my last 2 visits I've waited as much as 2 hours past my scheduled appointment time and when I was finally seen, I was rushed through my 15 minute exam probably because there were obviously many, many others waiting to be seen. The outcome of that exam was that I was told to "wait and see" how things develop, which frankly I could have been told over the phone. Unfortunately, I feel it neccesary to find a new dermatologist as I don't think this practice can handle the clients it has.
