Dr. Hicks and her staff are amazing! I came to Dr. Hicks after having a botched renuvion and liposuction procedure on my lower face that was done by another plastic surgeon. I didn’t think anything would be able to fix the problem. It was that bad. Dr. Hicks did an amazing job and she was able to correct the problems. She skillfully performed revision plastic surgery on my face. Dr. Hicks is a true artist and a perfectionist when it comes to plastic surgery of the face. I cannot recommend Dr. Hicks enough. I was told upon calling the practice that Dr. Hicks does not accept insurance. All patients will be required to pay for surgical procedures at the time of service. The practice will provide documentation for the patient to seek reimbursement on his/her own time. Whether or not said documentation will be sufficient for reimbursement, and whether or not Dr. Hicks would agree to assist in reimbursement process in any other way, remains unclear. It was very disappointing to learn this, as I had been very excited to seek a second opinion after reading her credentials. Despite being able to pay her $100 consult fee, it would've been wasted time for both of us. There is no way I could write a check for a revision surgery that would likely cost tens of thousands of dollars without knowing how long reimbursement would take to receive. But, for those patients simply seeking aesthetic procedures w/healthy and happy outcomes, it sounds like a great place to go!

And now….. a year later…. Two separate surgeries were performed for me over the course of a year. I am so happy and extremely satisfied with the outcome of these facial surgeries. Dr. Hicks is not only extremely detailed, but a perfectionist! I also appreciate the staff she has chosen to surround herself with. Drew, Ann Claire, Victoria you are all very much appreciated!! Prior to surgery… I was treated so professionally, and most importantly, so kindly by Dr Hicks, Brittany and Marlowe. They provided a relaxed environment for a nervous patient! My questions were all addressed and I was given much appreciated information. I am looking forward to moving forward with my surgery.
