I got a gift certificate for my birthday . When I had to go back to the waiting area in between treatments... It didn't feel so spa like. In a day spa I've been in a nice fluffy robe for all treatments until time to go home. I felt more like I was squeezed in.

First of all I'm so disappointed! I called to see if I could get my daughter an appointment to have her make up done. She was iffy about squeezing her in. Sorry to say she did. Von was nice but the girl that just sat their chewing her gum not speaking to no one made us all feel very uncomfortable . Von Maduro purchase lipstick instead if giving you samples. Sorry to say but I wont be back
