Had some pretty significant concerns regarding a service received. Called and voiced the concerns with the manager and was offered 20% off towards my next visit. My first one was awkward enough, I think it’s clear I won’t be returning but I had hoped the manager would handle it in a way that acknowledged I spent over $115 for a service that was done sub-par at best and honestly could raise questions with the licensing board.

I've been coming to Sparrsh since they were located in Fort Mill. Kandice's hands are amazing! I refer all my family and friends to her. She is the best Massage Therapist in NC/SC!

I had the most amazing experience at Sparrsh Spa for my birthday, all thanks to Kandice! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel so special with her kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care. She is truly a joy to be around, and her warm energy made the experience even more incredible. The massage itself was phenomenal—it left me feeling completely rejuvenated and did wonders for my body. But what stood out the most was Kandice’s thoughtful and personal touch. She made me feel so valued that I was brought to happy tears—and I’m not even a crier! I had the pleasure of scheduling my wife's massage for her birthday and Kandice was very inviting and caring making sure not only did my wife understand the whole process but also informing me of the process and the time frame so I can know how long the wait would be. I would recommend this place 10 out of 10 and I plan to visit for myself.
