In response to Rejuvenations.... I DID leave a message on Amy's voicemail but she never returned my call. I understand human error but my husbands card information was stored on your clients accounts without our permission which resulted in one of the clients husbands purchasing $212 on her account, with my husband's stored debit card information, on Christmas morning. This purchase WAS NOT authorized to be made on my husband's debit card and it would have never been possible had your employee not stored the card information on the clients account. Your clients husband accidentally selected my husband's debit card instead of her card in your system when the questioned charge was made. My husband and I are not clients of Rejuvenations. We bought gift cards for 2 of your clients. Under no circumstance should my husband's card information have been stored on the clients account. I was sent a text stating the problem had been found and asked if the clients husband still wanted to purchase the gift card which had resulted in the $212 charge. That was something your facility should have contacted the client about, not ask me. I have no control over what someone else purchased or would like to purchase. Your facility did not refund the charge until after I had to get your client involved. An apology was never made either. Amy is free to call me as I left my name and number on her voicemail. Beware when purchasing gift cards. Your debit/credit card is stored in the clients account without your knowledge. This happened when my husband purchased 2 gift cards on 12/19/24. His debit card was stored in both clients accounts without his knowledge. The way this was discovered was an online purchase was made by the husband of one of the individuals I purchased a gift card for on Christmas morning. He thought his wife's debit card was stored under her account for future purchases but it was my husband's card that Rejuvenations had stored which allowed an unauthorized purchase to be made with my husband's debit card on Christmas morning. It took the purchasing individual contacting Rejuvenations before they would credit my husband's card for the unauthorized purchase even after I had discussed the situation in depth with Beverly at Rejuvenations earlier in the morning. I can not get anyone at Rejuvenations to explain why my husband's debit card information was stored in their clients accounts without authorization!

Rejuvenations is truly the best. EVERYONE there is always such a pleasure and makes you feel like you are there #1 client. They are always so friendly and caring and really support bringing out your best you, but doing so in a subtle and natural manner. Such an excellent group that truly love what they do!

Wow.. cannot say enough about Rejuvinations. Everyone there makes you feel like you are apart of the family. Amy knows what works for you which is a rare gift. Looking forward to my pearl fusion results. Will post once healed. Thank you 🙏 Rejuvinations !
