I have been so pleased with how attentive and amazing the staff at Germain Dermatology is. I highly recommend Lauren Crouse and her assistant. Both were sweet, personable and great listeners. Lauren was super knowledgeable and made sound recommendations for dealing with my skin and acne flair up. Whether it’s a wellness checkup or cosmetic they can handle all your dermatology needs.

The facility was immaculate, the staff was personable . I had almost no waiting to be seen by the MD. The doctor was friendly and personable. He worked quickly but never seemed to be in a hurry. All my questions were answered. My appointment was far and away the most positive experience in a medical office I have had since moving to this area seven years ago

I had my first visit yesterday and Dr. Germaine and staff were exceptional! I was taken back promptly, everyone was very kind and efficient, and Dr. Germaine took her time answering all my questions and concerns. I also learned a few new things about my skin and how to better care for it given that I’m a beach lover trying to juggle sun exposure and adequate SPF, these tips are already keeping my skin better hydrated. I highly recommend Dr.Germaine and her staff, an excellent experience!

When I first moved to South Carolina, my acne was the worst it had ever been. Lauren Crouse listened to my concerns and created a plan which helped me clear my skin almost instantly. When I came back for my follow up, we were both VERY happy with the results. She gave me more options and treatment plans to help with things like scarring and discoloration but was not overly pushy. She was exactly what I needed when I was struggling with acne. She made me feel comfortable in my own skin again and I can’t recommend her more!
