I’ve been a patient of Dr. Germain for 16 years. I am consistently impressed with the professionalism & talent of her entire team. Additionally, Dr. Germain is amazing! She takes the time to understand your needs & her eye for detail is unmatched. I am so grateful for her expertise & her kind demeanor! She is truly the best!!!

Great use of $12,000.. NOT!! Now I won’t bash the customer service of Germain Dermatology as Dr. Germain and Jack were nice people. However, after $12,000 spent, 2 years worth of taking supplements for hair growth, and a pile of reassuring words from the staff, I still get to see my bald head show up in random photos and have painful and permanent ingrown hairs on my head. You could fly to Turkey and have the same procedure done for $3500. I’ve tried asking for more solutions but eventually was met with radio silence. Don’t bother wasting your money at this place. Save yourself permanent pain and pimples on the back of your head and spend that $12,000 on something more worth while. I’ll try not to live with the regret of seeing a massive void of money and hair every time someone takes a picture of me when my backs turned.

One of the best places for skin care in the Charleston area. Dr. Germain has multiple offices to serve you. They are always up on the latest trends and ideas. I highly recommend Germain Dermatology for skin care and the outstanding products they sell.

I was very impressed at my appointment today. I went for a second opinion from a dermatologist. Everyone was so polite and friendly. Dr Germaine was very understanding and professional!! We discussed my situation and arrived at a suitable plan. I am very glad I took the opportunity to discuss options with the doctor. I feel confident that her plan will bring positive results.

All of the staff are so nice and professional. I have seen Dr. Holly Carter for 4 years and she is wonderful and provides great and detailed advice. I just had a facial with Chloe who is amazing and also helped me figure out another last minute appointment that I needed the same day.
