Plastic Surgery of the Carolinas

I was told about this company through friend recommendations. I called to make an appointment and the lady I spoke with was very professional and courteous. Afterwards, I saw on the website that the Botox I wanted to get was on sale for the month, but my appointment was scheduled for the 1st day of the following month. So, I called back and was able to purchase the amount of units I wanted prior to my appointment at the sale price. I saved $60! When I arrived I didn’t have to wait to be seen. The Nurse that serviced me was Ashley. My sister came with me for her first-ever Botox treatment and Ashley saw us at the same time. She was very friendly as she explained how many units of Botox she thought would be a great fit for me and why. She was careful to mark the places where she would inject and gave a countdown for each injection. Ashley made my sister feel at ease as she explained the normal do’s and dont’s of care after her appointment. She had us download an app that helped us save money that day and that offers specials from time to time. Ashley was very approachable and was considerate to fully answer all of our questions. I feel like she went above and beyond to make sure we had a great visit. When I was checking out, the lady that helped me was friendly and efficient. Based on my visit to Plastic Surgery of the Carolinas, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to get Botox. They have a wide range of services and several skilled and highly-educated professionals to accommodate any needs related to plastic surgery or even for simple surface issues. 5 Stars!

I highly recommend Dr. Rowin and his team. Dr. Rowin is an exceptional doctor who truly cares. He takes the time to listen! We discussed my treatment plan throughly and he made sure I was comfortable with the plan going forward. My entire journey was filled with professionalism and graciousness from all involved. I’d give them 10 stars if I could. I had to schedule an appt with Angel for a tattoo removal. Upon arriving I was greeted by Nic and Emma who were ready for me with all the paperwork I needed to fill out (Stephanie was great about trying to do it in advance but I was overseas for work) when I was finished they were really funny, welcoming and made the atmosphere great. Angel started my procedure and it’s obvious from the start she wants you to be as comfortable as possible. She laid out all my options, advised me what I should do and the actual work showed results immediately. She could not have been better and I certainly appreciated it.

The very best! I love to get the Diamondglow Facial and Botox with Ashley Lovett. She also helped me develop a skincare routine that has completely changed my skin for the better. Highly recommend!
