I’m 67 years old and Dr. Farricielli is the best physician I have ever had, bar none. I have seen him several times. He has always been respectful and gone out of his way to help me by discussing various pain relief strategies and options. I called his office on a Thursday, after closing hours, he received my voicemail, contacted me and worked me in early the next morning so that I wouldn’t have to go the entire weekend in pain. I feel truly grateful and appreciative to have him as my doctor.

Dam good Doctor. He obviously believes and practices the Hippocratic Oath. Twice, he has given me his undivided time and attention. Humored my ignorant questions, educated me and treated me like he really gives a darn. I have had surgeons at MUSC juice me and not even fix my problem. Today the Doc gave me shots in my problem area and I felt better within 90 seconds. The Doctor was even honest at his loss to tell me more expensive treatments would likely not help me. He could have told me anything and I would do it but he is a man of integrity, knowledge and professionalism. He even went over our time to make sure I understood everything he was explaining. The office is very hospitable and clean. Rebecca is super helpful and gets you in and out without wasting your time. I only wish I heard of this Practice sooner. If you are having back issues...you found the RIGHT place!

I’m This doctor is a lovable doctor, respectful doctor. He loves to people he cares for the people Pain and you do just what it takes to make you feel better. He’s a very concerned, man about his patience and I had a good experience. Great experience.

I had my first appointment and am so impressed! Dr. Farricielli spent a great amount of time with me and was incredibly kind, compassionate, informative and thorough. It was so nice to meet a doctor who took the time to get to know me and my health history. I’m looking forward to trying the therapies he recommends and feeling better.

Ive been seeing Dr. Farricelli for over 4 yrs now and am completely satisfied. He is attentive, answeres all my questions and i wish he was my primary too!! All my visits are all you’d ask for in a doctor and practice. His front desk reception is also “ awesome’..
