Dr. Steven K. White, MD

I had a GREAT experience with Dr. White. I had a complicated situation which was a HUGE insecurity that basically has caused me to be depressed for awhile. The work he did on me was SO good and I’m SO happy with it. Worth every single penny and then some! My self esteem is so much better now. If your considering rhinoplasty, definitely go to Dr. White. He is a GREAT surgeon! The girls that work there are so sweet and extremely helpful (especially Crystal!) The anesthesiologist was probably the nicest person I’ve ever met! I’ll definitely be coming back for any more work I have done in the future!

I was referred to Dr. White from my primary Physician Dr. Lindaberry. I wanted/needed to have my saline implants removed since one had been leaking for years and finally became totally flat. I had a tremendous amount of anxiety over the procedure which is why I waited so long to address. Dr. White and his entire staff made me feel so at ease and were very compassionate about answering all my questions and concerns. Dr. White recognized my anxiety immediately and took extra time with my husband and I to explain the entire procedure. In addition to the explant, he explained several additional procedures that could be performed to enhance my appearance. I am in my 50’s with implants from 1997 so I had no idea how far plastic surgery has come. I am 7 weeks post procedure and my husband and I could not be happier with the results. If you want a Doctor (and staff) that genuinely care, you won’t be disappointed.

Dr White and his staff are fabulous!! I have so much anxiety about procedures and they set my mind at ease. I was informed during my procedure about what to expect. Dr white has a genuine concern for his patients. He made sure my procedure was pain free. I highly recommend him and his team.

Had an appointment I waited 6 months for, but it was canceled night before due to an issue I was told wasn’t the office’s fault. So, I rescheduled for about a week later. Shuffled my schedule around to make it work. I arrived at my appointment on time, however after 40 minutes of waiting I had to leave. I had a work appointment I could not miss and the 40 minute delay would have caused an issue in making it on time. I offered to come back later that same day. The staff said they’d see if the doctor could fit me in. I waited for a few hours to hear if that would work and I adjusted my schedule the entire day just in case. Finally, toward the end of the day, I was told the doctor was leaving town for a a week and he wouldn’t be able to fit me in. I asked for a refund of my $1000 deposit, so I could go somewhere else and get the procedure done finally. They granted the refund, but I was told I’d have to wait for them to do it at their convenience, which will equate to several weeks in turn around time. There was even a little bit of indignation, as if I was the problem. Personally, I feel they should be embarrassed by the lack of professionalism enough to make a concerted effort to refund my deposit ASAP. It speaks volumes that they aren’t. Then I could more easily move on to another practitioner who could get the procedure done. Considering that none of the shenanigans with their office were my fault, I shouldn’t have to wait almost a month to get my refund. They don’t mind inconveniencing you and wasting your time, at all. Beware.

Second procedure done by Dr White. He is the only Doctor I will ever use for any type of plastic surgery. He delivers exactly what he says he can do and very professional and sweet. I trusted him the moment I first met him. All of the staff are the best they explain every thing to expect and patiently answer all questions. I always feel safe in their care .
