I loved the atmosphere. The employees are nice snd professional. Genuine. My work done was fairly pain free. Misty was my doctor and Heather was the assistant in my procedure. I actually had fun 😁 I'd return if need be. Referring to my friends and family 😎

Surgery on my nose was very scary. They made me feel very comfortable and relaxed through the procedure. Follow up has been just as comfortable!

My experience with this place has been mainly with a wonderful women named KIM H. The receptionist at this office transferred me to Kim when i first called this office as i had questions about them accepting my dads insurance. From the very first conversation, Kims attentiveness, empathy, compassion and commitment to ensuring he received timely care is remarkable. She listened to my whole story about me living in NY and how i just got back from vacation with my dad and how worried i was about spots he recently noticed on his skin and how so many "dermatology" offices aren't either 1. taking new patients or 2. they are booking out to next year. By the time I called Waccamaw, I was soo overwhelmed but thank goodness I was connected to Kim! She patiently went over everything with me, including reviewing his insurance details. Discussing his situation, she would put him on a cancellation list since they were also booking appointments into 2025.within a week, my dad was going in for an appointment. she followed through with me and was so helpful, caring, understanding, Just everything we all wish more offices had more of. She even came out and introduce herself to him at his appointment! My dad was so grateful & happy with his whole experience here, from the receptionist to the DRs, the entire nerve-wracking experience—he now wants to buy lunch for the entire office! It just goes to show how one person’s extra effort and genuine compassion can completely change someone’s experiences. I hope this inspire others to trust this office and, hopefully, motivate other professionals to emulate Kim and her teams level of care. Thank you so much..!!
